INTOXICATED CYCLIST
FINED AND LICENCE CANCELLED Press Association. WANGANUI, To-day. A young man named John Phillips was fined £ls by Mr. J. S. Barton, S.M.. for being found intoxicated, early this morning in charge of a. motor-cycle. His licence was also cancelled for 12 months.
