ZEALAND RAILWAYS EASTER HOLIDAYS, 1928. HOLIDAY EXCURSION TICKETS, available for return up to and including May 12, 1928, will be issued from any station to any other station on the North Island Main Line and Branches from April 3 to April 9 inclusive. Holiday Excursion Tickets will also be issued from Officered stations on the North Island Main Line and Branches to any station on the South Island Main Line and Branches and Picton Section on the dates mentioned above. EXTRA EXPRESS TRAINS: In addition to the usual Auckland-Wellington-Auckland-Thames, Auckland-Rotorua and Auckland-Whangarei-Opua express services, express trains will run as follows : On .3rd; 4th, sth, 7th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th 13th and 14th April Limited Express trains leave Auckland for Wellington 7.55 a.m. and Wellington for Auckland 7.53 a.m. On 4th, sth, 9th and 10th April, leave Auckland 8.40 p.m. for Wellington. This train will NOT connect at Frankton with train for Thames. Passengers for Thames line should travel by usual 7.45 p.m. Auckland-Wellington Express. On 4th, sth, 6th and 9th April, leave Wellington 3.36 p.m. for Auckland. On sth April, leave Wellington 8.30 p.m. for Auckland. On sth April, leave Auckland 10.12 a.m. for Taumarunui (Pukekohe 11.28 a.m., Ngaruawahia 1.14 p.m.). Leave Taumarunui 7.45 a.m., Frankton 1.20 p.m. for Auckland (Pukekohe 3.21 p.m.). On 4th, sth and 9th April, leave Te Kuiti 6.40 p.m. for Auckland (Frankton 8.15 p.m.), arriving Auckland 10.54 p.m. On sth, 9th and 10th April Relief Express trains leave Auckland 9.15 a.m. for Whangarei, and Whangarei 12.35 p.m. for Auckland. NIGHT PASSENGER TRAINS will run as follows:—On sth April, leave Auckland 9.30 p.m. and 10.20 pirn, for Rotorua (Pukekohe 10.53 p.m. and 11.36 p.m., Hamilton 12.57 a.m. and 1.52 a.m., 6th), arriving Rotorua 4.55 a.m. and 5.50 a.m. 6th April. On sth April, leave Auckland 10.30 p.m. for Opua (Helensville 12.45 a.m., Whangarei 5.50 a.m., 6th), arriving Opua 8.29 a.m., 6th- April. On sth April leave Opua 8.15 p.m. for Auckland (Whangarei 11.10 p.m., Helensville 3.14 a.m., 6th), arriving Auckland 5.19 a.m., 6th April. Opua for Auckland 8.15 p.m., Whangarei 11.10 p.m., Helensville 3.14 a.m. on 6th, arriving Auckland 5.19 a.m. on 6th April This train stops where required for passengers. Okaihau for Otiria 7.20 p.m. (connects at Otiria with 8.15 p.m. Opua-Auckland train). Otiria for Okaihau 9.10 p.m. Auckland for Helensville 6.45 p.m. This train stops at Newmarket, Mount Eden, Avondale, Henderson and all stations north of Henderson, if required, for passengers.
