WOMAN FLYER
SIGNS BIG MOVIE CONTRACT TJUTH ELDER, the American girl who made a brave attempt to fly across the Atlantic, has accepted a big movie contract with Paramount. Miss 1 Elder will play the title role of the picturisation of Ziegfeld s “Glorifying the Modern Girl.” Her first screen tests are reported to be wonderful. A special cable to this effect * was received to-day by Para- ! mount’s Auckland office.
