Constance Talmadge Is once again a free woman. She won her divorce suit in Scotland. In the Court or Session at Edinburg, Lord Fleming granted a decree of divorce in the petition of Miss Talmadge against Captain Alastair William Mackintosh, living in Paris. Lord Fleming said the hotel evidence presented the appearance of adultery having been committed, but j he had to be satisfied that it really j took place. Captain Mackintosh was obviously just as anxious to get a divorce as the : pursuer, and he furnished the evi- ! dence, but his lordship thought he was j. bound to draw the inference of uisconduct, and he granted a decree of j divorce with costs.
