ST. JOHN AMBULANCE
ANNUAL PICNIC The National Reserve Division ot the St. John Ambulance Brigade is holding its first annual picnic on Easter Monday at Brown’s Island. A varied programme of sports and amusement is in preparation. The picnic has as its object the giving to both members and friends an opportunity for recreation and of increasing the competition funds An opportunity for the public to see the work of the men will be given in a “first-aid” demonstration by the visiting and local teams competing in the Easter competitions in Auckland. A very enjoyable outing is assured. “Hold Everything,” an original story by John McDermott, will be Bebe Daniels’s next for Paramount. Clarence Badger, who is directing “Red Hair” for Clara Bow, will direct Miss Daniels's new film. “Hold Everything" will be released in New Zealand this year.
