Messrs. T. Man den o Jackson will sell at their rooms, 9 Commerce Street, on Wednesday, April 4, at 11 a.m., a cosy dwellling of four rooms, Stanley Bay, on behalf of the Public Trustee, in a deceased estate.
The North Auckland Farmers’ Cooperative, Ltd., will offer by public auction on the premises of the Wentworth Private Hotel, 74 Symonds Street, on Wednesday next, at 10 a.m., the whole of the furnishings, without reserve. Air. P. Landells will sell.
Messrs. J. H. Ansell and Co., the Symonds Street auctioneers, will offer by auction on Tuesday next, at 11 a.m., the property, machinery, stock and fittings of an up-to-date joinery works occupied by Messrs. J. Deverell and Sons, corner of Main South Road and Albion Street, Otahuhu. Mr. J. H. Ansell will sell.
