PUBLIC SERVICE TOURNEY LANDS AND SURVEY WIN FINAL The final of the Public Service bowling tournament was played at Epscm yesterday between rinks from tie Lands and Survey and the Post and Telegraph Departments. Lands and Survey (Joyce, D. Smith, Johnson, Maher) beat Post and Telegraph (B. Smith, Bourke, Green, Fletcher) by 20 points to 14. The match was continued this morning, when Manawatu’s first innings concluded at 293. Southern Hawke’s Bay began its second innings, and with the score at 10 Wilder went to a brilliant catch by Donaldson.
