TO PAY £4,000
W. D. LYSNAR SUED BROTHER’S GUARANTOR Press Association. GISBORNE, To-day. In the Supreme Court judgment was given by Mr. Justice Ostler in the case of De Pelichet. McLeod and Company against W’lliam Douglas Lysnar. The claim was for £4,000 on a guarantee allegedly given by defendant to cover credit .given to his brother. The Court gave its decision for plaintiff for the full amount, with interest at 73 per cent.
