WAHAROA GOLF CLUB

(From Our Oion Correspondent.) MORRINSVILLE, Friday.

The annual meeting of the Waharoa Golf Club -was attended by a large number of members. Mr. J. Blyth presided. The election of officers for the ensuing year resulted;—President, Mr. J. Blyth; vice-president, Mr. R. Casey; club captain, Mr. T. Walker; hon. secretary and treasurer, Mr. D. K. Porter; committee. Mesdames Ryan, Goebel, Bryce, Bartleet, Misses A. and M. Casey, Messrs. W. Casey, Debaugh, Bryce, T. Walker and the president and secretary. A grounds committee comprising the president, club captain and the secretary was appointed.

It was decided to open the club’s links for the 1928 season on April 14 or a suitable date to be arranged.
