NEGLIGENT DRIVING
SERVICE CAR DRIVER FINED (From Our Own Correspondent ) HAMILTON, To-day. Raymond McKenzie, a service car driver, was fined £3 and costs at the Hamilton Police Court to-day for negligent driving. The prosecution stated that on February 27 he collided with a bicycle ridden by a telegraph messenger, Gordon Giek. Witnesses, including a bus driver, estimated that he was travelling at from 36 to 26 miles an hour along the mam street of Hamilton.
