The Secretary of the General Post Office has received advice from the superintendent of the radio station at Apia that the authorities at Tutuila. American Samoa, have made an offer of a tug to proceed to the assistance of the Steelmaker, and that the offer has been accepted. The Steelmaker is ashore on the Mitchell Island reef in the Ellice Group.
