WE, JOHN LACY BULLOCK, EMILY BULLOCK, JACK BULLOCK, and RENNIE BULLOCK, all of No. 9 Commercial Road, ArchTiill, near Auckland, in the Dominion of New Zealand, heretofore called and known by the name of “Bulcock,” do and each of us DOTH HEREBY GIVE PUBLIC NOTICE that on the 27th day of March, 1928, we formally. and absolutely renounced, relinquished, and abandoned the use of our said surname of “Bulcock,” and then assumed and adopted and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of “Bullock” instead of the said name of “Bulcock.” AND WE GIVE FURTHER NOTICE that by Deed Poll dated the 27th day of March, 1928, duly executed and attested, and intended to be forthwith enrolled in the Office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland, we formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the said surname of “Bulcock,” and declared that we had assumed and adopted and intended thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe' the name of “Bullock” instead of "Bulcock,” and so as to be at all times thereafter called known and described by the name of “Bullock” exclusively.
