LORRY KILLS SHEEP
ENCOUNTER ON BEND Press Association. TAIHAPE, Thursday. Eight sheep were killed and three Injured in unusual circumstances yesterday. A flock of 2.000 sheep was being driven along the Taihape-Mangaweka Road when a benzine tank lorry rounded a sharp corner, and ran into the flock, killing eight sheep and injuring three.
