The Wanganui Trotting Club’s autumn carnival will conclude to-morrow, when another attractive card will be presented. The following promise to receive most consideration from speculators: Improvers’ Handicap. —Uuia Maid and Welcome Pearl. Borough Handicap. —Mokanna and Nelson’s Request. Suburban Handicap.—Queen Elizabeth and Hilltop. Liverpool Handicap.—Tui Wildwood and Lottie Advance. Stewards’ Handicap.— Clive Bell and Blue Pedro. Ballance Handicap.— Call Boy and The Tiger. Wanganui Stakes^ —Ce Advanceur and Fliton. Farewell Handicap.— Admiral Lock and Direct Todd. The acceptances for to-morrow are as follow: IMPROVERS’ HANDICAP Of £80; 1$ miles

FORM REVIEWED Showed Great Promise Great Delight, the sfrx-year-old Kea Dillon gelding, showed a great deal of promise in the novice race, the Innovation Handicap, only succumbing in the last few strides to Peter Pirate, who nearly lost his chance by dwelling at least five seconds on the mark. Just Good Enough Mokanna is an awkward sort of trotter, and was just good enough to beat Lady Ena by a narrow margin after the latter broke near the tape. Nelson’s Request was a poor third, but might have been closer. He should show good improvement in the near future. Nellie Parsons Unlucky Nellie Parsons covered a lot of extra ground in the Eastbrook Handicap, otherwise she might have exchanged places with Bell Dial, there being very little in it at the finish. Nellie will do better soon. Not Brilliant, But Solid Hilltop is of the solid type without being brilliant, and he should soon be able to pull out a first certificate. May Win Again Soon Warplane made a good showing in his only start, and may not be long in adding another win to his credit. Ran Two Good Races Lottie Advance showed a bold front in the Cup, and also ran a good honest ra.ee in the final heat of the day. The mare is very well, just now, and should soon repay Bob Hearns for his patience. Worth Keeping in View Tui Wildwood was not too well placed in the big race in the early stages, but the manner in which he finished in the final battle is worth keeping in view. Won Nicely Lena Chimes was the winner in the saddle event, and won nicely after losing a lot of ground. She should be heard of again soon. Knocked His Knee Blue Pedro knocked his knee when in a good position in the saddle race, and may be seen to better advantage next time out. Good Thing Beaten Call Boy should never have been allowed to get beaten in the President’s Handicap, but probably he will make amends before the fixture closes. Went a Fine Race Ce Advanceur went a fine race in the slow class two mile, but could not withstand the challenge from the improving Sailor Boy. Ce Advanceur should, be improved with the race. His Turn Next Admiral Lock still shows consistency, and promises to go one better next time out. Garth Robertson’s charge ran a splendid race in the Morton Memorial, and was again neglected on the machine.
