DOCTOR CHARGED
USE OF AN INSTRUMENT Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day. Dr. Joseph Patrick Hennessy was charged in the Magistrate's Court to-day with having unlawfully, used an instrument with intent to procure miscarriage. He was remanded till April 4, bail of £250 being allowed.
