HOME DESTROYED

FIRE AT PUKAPUKA Late yesterday afternoon a sixroomed dwelling at Pukapuka, owned by the Parry Brothers, was totally destroyed by fire. The outbreak occurred at 5 o’clock when the occupants were absent. Before they returned it was burned to the ground. The house and its contents were valued at about £7OO. Nothing was saved.
