“DOWN WITH DICTATOR!”

UPROAR IN POLISH DIET PILSUDSKI GETS POLICE By Cable.—Press Association. — Copyright. WARSAW, Tuesday. A lively scene occurred in the Diet to-day. When the newly-elected mem-

bers assembled for the first time the Communists shouted: “Down with the Dictatorship!” The Premier, Marshal Pilsudski, was interrupted to such an extent in his reading of the President’s address that he summoned the police and seven members were arrested. Then the Diet by 206 votes to 136 elected M. Daszynski president of the Chamer instead of Marshal Pilsudski’s candidate, M. Bartel. When M. Daszynski accepted office the Premier and his party immediately left the Diet. — A. and N.Z.
