At the wool sales, 7,928 bales were sold, of which 5,122 were Australian and 2,213 New Zealand. There was a medium offering of Meirnog, principally super-spinners, and a miscellaneous selection of cress-breds. Keen general competition was the rule, with prices unchanged.
