Neville Newcomb, Ltd., will hold an important auction sale at their rooms, 4 Wyndham Street, to-morrow, Friday, at 12 o’clock. The property which is being offered for auction is the Masonic Hotel, situated at Rawene, on the Hokianga Harbour, consisting of an hotel of 20 rooms, cottage, shop, dwelling and outbuildings. The section consists of two Crown leaseholds, one having an area of 37.7 perches and the other an area of 1 rood 23.5 perches.
