UNFAITHFUL WIFE
HUSBAND GRANTED DIVORCE Having heard nothing of her hus- | band for 17 years, Hannah Jean Little j married Ferdinand Butler on April 2. ] 1924, but she could not be faithful and two years after marriage she left her home and went to live with Joseph ! Andre. Petitioner, who was represented by j Mr. M. Adams, stated that there were j no children of the marriage. After his | wife left him he heard nothing until he saw an account of a criminal proceeding in the Supreme Court, where it was shown that his wife was living ; with Andre a§ his wife. A lodger with Andre said Mrs. Butler was known as Mrs. Andre. A decree nisi was granted, and the ! co-respondent was order to pay costs on the lowest scale.
