KANGAROO AND KIWI
A FUNCTION of a somewhat unusual nature took place to-day when the New South Wales Rugby football team, more familiarly known as the Waratahs, and the Australian and New Zealand cricket teams lunched together. Apart from the fact that three international teams rarely meet in Auckland together, the presence of so many cricketers and footballers who have recently toured the s£ime country added considerable interest to a function which was indeed a very happy thought on the part of those responsible.
