SUGGESTION FOR BATHS DIVIDED CONTROL Cr. J. A. C. Allum asked at a meeting of the ‘City Council last evening that the Parks Committee consider the possibility of filtering water for Shelly Beach and Parnell Baths. Knwriglit. lie stated that their chairman, Mr. T. C. Ilobbs-Jones and himself had waited on the council pointing out that tho baths were not paying because they were unpopular and giving the reasons for this.
