CANDIDATES FORECAST FOR STRATFORD SEAT
TT is rumoured in the Stratford electorate that Mr. E. Walter, M.P., will not be a candidate for the Stratford seat at the general election, and that Mr. J. B. Hine is a probable candidate. It is further stated that Mr. R. Masters, who formerly held the seat as a Liberal, will not contest the seat, but that Mr. N. H. Moss will be a candidate.
