ADMIRAL’S SUCCESSOR APPOINTED By Cable.—Press Association. — Copyright. Reed. 12.5 p.m. LONDON, Tuesday. The Admiralty has appointed RearAdmiral William Kerr as read-admiral commanding the First Battle Squadron of the Mediterranean Fleet, in succession to Rear-Admiral B. St. G. Collard. He will take over his command on March 27.—A. and N.Z.
