TARANAKI BOWLERS DEFEATED AT CAMBRIDGE The Taranaki bowlers visited Cambridge to-day and played six rinks in the morning and another six rinks in the afternoon. In the morning match the visitors were defeated by 137 points to 108, and in the afternoon the home players had a narrow win, the aggregate scores being Cambridge 118, Taranaki 117. VISITORS AT TE AWAMUTU KEENLY CONTESTED GAMES TE AWAMUTU, Tuesday. The Taranaki bowlers visited Te Awamutu to-day and played six rinks in the morning and six in the afternoon. ' The morning match resulted in King Country winning with 130 points to Taranaki’s 121 points. The afternoon match resulted in another win for the home team by one point, the scores being King Country 104, Taranaki 103.
