BOOKMAKING CHARGE
CHRISTCHURCH MAN REMANDED Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Monday. On a charge of carrying on business as a bookmaker, Leslie Joseph Shadbolt appeared before Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., in the Police Court to-day. He was remanded till Thursday, bail being allowed, self £SO and one surety of a similar amount.
