Booth, having left New Zealand, has also realigned. The business is now conducted by the general manager, Hr. G. >£. Hall, and an executive. Many •eonomies have been made and more are under review, and everything is being considered for the betterment of the business. Mr. James Maealister has joined the board. Messrs. IT. Frledlander and H. H. Holland, retiring directors, offer Vmselves for re-election, and the two vacancies caused by the resignation of Mnna Booth have to be filled.
