WANTED: A PRINCIPAL
WELLINGTON TRAINING COLLEGE NO APPOINTMENT YET MADE (From Our Resident Reporter.) WELLINGTON, To-day. Some months ago the position of principal of the Wellington Training College, rendered vacant by Mr. W. 11. Gould’s appointment to the Chair of Education at Victoria University Col- _ lege, was advertised throughout the Dominion. No appointment has yet been made and the Education Board has yet to consider what action is to be taken. It is learned that the Education Department is urging on the WellingI ton Board, which has the disposal of I the post, the need for advertising the ! position more widely.
