MINISTER’S ITINERARY

EDUCATIONAL QUESTIONS The Minister of Education, who is in Auckland to-day, received deputations this morning, and opened the new infant school at Point Chevalier this afternoon. On Monday he will visit the district schools at Te Aroha and open the district high school there. Tuesday will see him at Paeroa, and Wednesday at Thames. The Wail'd School Committee will on the same day ask for remodelling of their building.

On Thursday he will go to Tauranga and receive a deputation about a new technical high school there, and on Friday night will catch the express for Wellington.
