RUMANIAN BRIGANDS RAID RUSSIAN FRONTIER
SOVIET OFFICIALS KILLED By Cable. — Press Association. —Copyright LONDON, Thursday. The Riga correspondent of “The Times” reports that a serious skirmish has occurred on the Rumanian frontier with a great gang of brigands, who raided Soviet territory 16 times. They killed several officials on each occasion. The majority of the brigands were slain and the frontier guards arrested 41 of the survivors. Times.
