RETURNS FOR URBAN AREAS Press Association. WELLINGTON, Thursday. For the month of February the total live births: registered for the urban areas of the Dominion amounted to 1,052, against 1,128 in January, a decrease of 76. Deaths in February were 488, a decrease of 16, compared with the previous month. Of. the total deaths, males contributed 247. Thirtyfour of the deaths were of children under five years of age, being 6.97 per cent, of the whole number, and 25 of these were under one year. Wln W WME3ESM ***
