INSURANCE BUILDING SOLD PRICE OF £23,000 OBTAINED Another big city property deal is re - ported to-day. in the sale of the brick structure owned and occupied by the National Insurance Company o: Now Zealand, for £23.000. The company’s office adjoins the New Zealand Insurance building in Queen Street and is one of t . old structures of the town. In about two months the compan> will move to its new quarters in O’Connell Street, which were purchased by it some months ago. The name of the purchaser of the Queen Street building is not yet known.
