DISCHARGED BANKRUPTS

HAMILTON CASES Press Association. HAMILTON, Wednesday. Discharges from bankruptcy were granted at Hamilton to-day by Mr. Justice Blair in the following cases: Ernest Bongard, clerk, Hamilton; James Frederick Goodwin, farmer, Te Awamutu: George Michael Clancy, farmer, Matangi; Cyril De Lacey Smith, farmer, Piriaka; Russell Edward Till, farmer, Waharoa; J. G. Sturgess. The applications of Andrew James Primrose, farmer, of Hamilton, and Daniel Dahl, farmer, Aria, were adjourned. In the case of James Alexander Ritchie, coal dealer, Frankton, discharge was suspended for three months. A discharge was refused in the case of Emil Joseph Dean, fish merchant, Hamilton.
