INTERESTING EXPERIMENT (From Our Own Correspondent) CAMBRIDGE, To-day. An exceedingly interesting experiment has just been carried out by the Cambridge Co-operative Dairy Company at its Hautapu factory where 6,000 gallons of whey have been concentrated, being reduced to one-tenth of the original bulk. The concentrate will be shipped in barrels on account of a British firm which is concentration. As whey is now practically a waste product this experiment, which is the first of its kind in the Dominion, opens up possibilities of an important industry.
