REPORT TO GOVERNMENT C-Fronl Ol.r Resident Reporter .> WELLINGTON, To-day. It is reported that the cruiser th n edin is returning from Samoa and v. ih probably arrive before the end of the week. The cruiser is returning, it is - lieved, for the purpose of bringing Commodore Swabey and Mr. c A Berendsen, External Affairs officer, who wish to report to the Government on the situation.
