IMPROVEMENT CAN BE ANTICIPATED MR. MCLEOD OPTIMISTIC Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. “I think we can safely anticipate that on March 31 of this year there will be an improvement of at least £10,000,000 in the Dominion trade figures. “The adverse balance of £3,000,000 cn this date last year will be converted to a favourable balance of £6,000,000 nr £7,000,000 ” said the Hon. A. D. McLeod, Minister of Industries and Commerce, in an interview last evening.
