MR. FAIL RESIGNS
STATE FOREST SERVICE A PRIVATE APPOINTMENT (From Our Resident Reporter ,) WELLINGTON, To-day. Mr. Vivian T. Fail, forest assistant in the State Forest Service, has resigned to take up the position of forestry administrator and New Zealand manager for the Afforestation Propriety Company, Limited, Melbourne, which is planting 25,000 acres of pumice land at Taupo.
