Car Strikes Tram Pole.—When a motor-car collided with a tramway centre pole in Parnell Road, near St. Stephen’s Avenue, about midnight, the driver was cut on the face by flying glass. The other three occupants escaped injury, but one woman fainted. The car, which was badly damaged, was driven away under its own power.
