ADMINISTRATOR TO RETIRE appointed to geneva Press Association. INVERCARGILL, Friday. The Prime Minister issued the following statement this evening: .'I statement was published some time ago to the effect that the Administrator of the mandated territory of Western Samoa, General Sir G. Richardson retires next May, but would remain in Samoa for a few months longer. This is not correct.
