MAKING HILLS AND VALLEYS The once gentle and uninteresting slope away from the golf club house at Titirangi has been entirely changed in contour, and hills and valleys are being formed among which two new greens will be situated--the 18th and 7th—as well as the new Bth tee. The new 18th is indicated by the white pegs on the left of the picture, and the 7th will be on the extreme right approached across the valley. Bare earth is all that is showing at present. This is part of a £2,000 scheme to remodel the course entirely.
