PARAMOUNT’S SEASON

BIG CELEBRATION Approximately 1,200 theatres in Australasia will, celebrate Paramount’s Greater Movie Season in March. During this special season of entertainment, which is the official opening of the movie year, patrons will see many big pictures which are the forerunners of even greater ones to follow. Harold Lloyd in “The Kid Brother,” Pola Negri in “Barbed Wire,” Clara Bow in “Hula,” “The Rough Riders,” and Richard Dix in “Shanghai Bound,” are among those which will be seen during March. These pictures are to be followed by such productions as “Wings,” Paramount’s epic of the air; “Gentlemen Prefer Blondes,” “Tillie’s Punctured Romance,” “Beau Sabreur,” sequel to “Beau Geste,’’.“The Way of All Flesh,” “The Last Command,” and “The Street of Sin,” all three starring Emil Jannings; “The Legion of the Condemned,” sequel to “Wings,” and many others now in production.
