Obituary
MR. OLIVER MEWHINNEY WELLINGTON, Friday. The death occurred this morning of Mr. Oliver Mewhinney, who was private secretary' to the late Mr. R. J. Seddon. the Hon. T. T. Duncan and the Hon. R. McXab. Later he was secretary of the Land Purchase Board. Before' joining the public service lie was a journalist in Dunedin. .
