WIRTHS’ CIRCUS TO-NIGHT
THIS AFTERNOON’S MATINEE Owing to the heavy rain of yester- ■ day and the ‘’treacherous nature of the formation of the allotment,” | , Wirths* Circus did not open at the Old ! Dock site last night.
