FLOOD CONDITIONS
RAIN TEEMING IN WAITAKERES DAMS FULL TO-MORROW “The rain is pelting down and flood conditions are setting in,” was the report at 3 p.m. to-day on the city water areas at Waitakere. . . Nihotupu auxiliary dam is gaining rapidly, and at the present rate both this dam and the Waitakere dam should be full to-morrow morning. The main Nihotupu dam will take a little longer, but If it is not gaining rapidly to-morrow the auxiliary dam s 70,000,000 gallons will be run into it.
