RIALTO AND REGENT, EPSOM
“TEN MODERN COMMANDMENTS” “Ten Modern Commandments,” starring Esther Ralston, is being shown at the Rialto and Regent Theatres tonight. The story is woven about a maid m a theatrical boardinghouse, a child of the stage, who refuses to follow in the footsteps of her parents. How she overcomes this feeling, and attempts to learn the ‘‘Ten Modern Commandments” of the chorus, is the foundation for this last word in entertainment. In addition to Neil Hamilton, Miss Ralston is supported by a cast W'hich includes Arthur Hoyt, Jocelyn Lee, Roscoe Karns, Romaine Fielding, Rose Burdick and Maude Truex. W. C. Field’s latest Paramount farce, “Running Wild,” will also be shown to-night. An original story, written and directed by Gregory La Cava, casts the star as a timid soul, who becomes a ‘‘roaring lion” through a series of amusing situations, none of them funnier than those in which a vaudeville hyynotist tells Fields that he can go out and lick the world.
