Twentytwo years will be allowed for building to the full height, instead of 11 years, and no rent will be charged until three months after the leases are taken up, allowing of building to commence. Cr. L. A. Eady mentioned that the council might give some consideration to paying small compensation at the end of the term. The council would not hear of such a suggestion.
