GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY

MISSED BY AGENT A land agent’s claim for £57 10s commission was disallowed by Mr. F. H. Levien, S.M., in the Whangarei Court yesterday, on the ground that the evidence did not show that he either introduced a buyer to the property or to the vendor and the alleged casual conversational reference, prior to having authority to sell the property was not followed up after he obtained authority. It showed the agent had lost a golden opportunity of showing activity that would have entitled him to succeed.
