THICTLE CLUB HOLDS ANNUAL MEETING

The annual meeting of the Thistle Association Football Club, over which Mr. L. Marks presided last night, disclosed that the club was in a sound financial position. A small balance will be carried forward. Officers for the year were elected as follows:—Patron, Mr. J. F. W. Dickson; president, Mr. L. Marks; secretary and treasurer, Mr. W. A. MacArthur; committee, Messrs. Bell, Earsman, Francis, Rowatt, Cheshire; delegates to Auckland Football Association, Messrs. MacArthur, Rowatt, Bell. The delegates to the Auckland Football Association were instructed to oppose the motion to grant any remuneration to referees.
