INJURED BY TRAIN

ANOTHER SUBURBAN ACCIDENT MAN SENT TO HOSPITAL As lie was walking along the railway line in the vicinity of Glen Eden early this morning, Mr. Samuel Hare, of West Coast Road, Glen Eden, aged 65, a married man, was struck by the train that left Henderson about 5.30 a.m. He was conveyed to the Auckland Hospital, where he now lies, suffering concussion and severe head injuries. It is believed that Mr. Hare was walking along the track in order to effect a short cut to his destination, and did not hear the train approach him from behind.
