COASTAL MOVEMENTS— A radio report received this morning by the local office of the Union Company from the Kaituna states that the vessel expects to arrive in the stream at Auckland at five o’clock this evening from Greymouth, via Picton. The vessel will berth at Central Wharf to discharge. The Wingatui sailed from Wellington at eleven o’clock last evening, en route from Southern ports to Auckland. The vessel is due here on Monday morning and will berth at Prince’s Wharf. She is to sail probably on Wednesday next for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Timaru. The Kurow sailed from Bluff at five o’clock last evening with a cargo of timber from Port Craig. The vessel is coming via Oamaru, Lyttelton and Welling- ! ton, and is expected to leave the lastnamed port on Tuesday next. The Kamona is scheduled to load at Dunedin on Tuesday next for Auckland, via Lyttelton, Timaru and Wellington. The collier Kaitangata sailed from Westport at one o’clock yesterday morning for Auckland. She should arrive here on Monday morning. The Waimea is scheduled to sail from I Napier at five o’clock this afternoon for : Auckland and will arrive here on Monday, j and sail on Tuesday afternoon on the return trip. The Union Company advises that the ! departure of the Kaponga for Portland to : load cement for New Plymouth, Welling- I ton and Lyttelton has been postponed till Monday afternoon next. The Matangi, due at Auckland at 7 a.m. ! to-morrow from Tauranga, leaves here ! at 7 p.m. on Monday on her return trip. ’ The Taniwha sails from Auckland at 1 3.30 p.m. to-morrow for Paeroa and re- | turns here on Monday evening. The Rangitoto leaves Auckland at 8.30 a.m. on Monday for Thames and is due back the same evening. The Clansman arrives here at 7 a.m. ! on Monday from Mangonui, Whangaroa, Opua, and Russell, and leaves Auckland ; at 5 p.m. the same day on her return trip . to the same ports. The Hauiti leaves Auckland at 6 p.m. on Monday for Coromandel and Colville. The Apanui, sailing at 4 p.m. on Mon- j day for Mercury Bay and Tairua, returns j to Auckland next Wednesday morning. The Waipu leaves Auckland at 5 p.m on Monday for Kerepeehi. The Omana sails from Auckland at 6 p.m. on Monday for Brown’s Bay, Arkle’s : Bay, Manly. Deep Creek, and Silverdale. TOFUA SAILS.—For Fiji, Tonga and Samoa, the Union Company’s Island passenger steamer Tofua sailed from Auckland shortly before twelve o’clock this morning.
